Caroline J. Fox named to 2022 Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” List for Intellectual Property

Caroline Fox has been recognized by a vote of peers and selected to Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for 2022. This selection is based off of an evaluation of 12 indicators including peer recognition and professional achievement in legal practice. This will be her forth year as a “Super Lawyers Rising Star” (2019 – 2022).

Caroline attended University of Richmond School of Law and graduated in 2013 with a certificate in the Intellectual Property course of studies, which included studies and practice in trademark law, copyright law, computer law, and technology licensing. She received the Auzzville Jackson Award for excellence in intellectual property on her graduation. Ms. Fox passed the Virginia Bar Exam and was admitted to legal practice in 2014, and subsequently passed the Maryland State Bar entrance exam in 2021. She is now licensed in both jurisdiction.

Prior to law school, she attended Elon University, where she graduated cum laude from the honors fellows program with a degree in corporate communications.

She represents clients with Intellectual Property issues in Virginia, Maryland, and across the globe, including trademark matters, copyright matters, technology licensing, DeFi, and companies operating in the metaverse space. She also represents clients with Business / Corporate and Media and Advertising issues.

Being selected to Rising Stars is limited to a small number of attorneys in each state.
